All our meat is locally sourced from Ontario farms, and we work with local growers for the freshest produce! We are committed to sourcing from our community, and work with area suppliers to provide Ontario products wherever possible - including our Beer and Wine!! In order to deliver authentic Southern cooking and flavours to our guests, it is imperative that we use authentic Southern ingredients, most of which are sourced directly from suppliers across the Southern United States.
