Argyle Arms is a Traditional British Pub offering a wide variety of imported and premium draughts as well as single malt scotches, premium liquors & traditional pub fare The building that houses Argyle Arms was built in the late 1800's by a Scottish Stonemason. It was built for Jacob Werlich, a German Mennonite who immigrated to the area from Pennsylvania. Mr. Werlich was a local cabinet & coffin maker. He also served on the Preston Town Council in 1893 & was deputy reeve in 1894. The building later became the home of the Forte's General Store and the Greystone's restaurant.
