Established in June 1996, Tailwaggers is a business born out of the sheer love of dogs.How it all began: In 1993, the owner of Tailwaggers, Adria Kowalsky, was attending the University of Toronto studying to become a teacher. She was in need of a part-time job and, as fate would have it, one day while strolling through High Park, she met the owner of one of Toronto's original dog walking companies.
