Standard Enterprises, Inc. is an active developer in the tax credit affordable housing industry having developed over fifty tax credit developments comprising over 4,000 units in Louisian,a Mississippi, and Ohio. The company also provides construction services for clients as well as for their own account through their subsidiary, Equity Construction of Monroe, Inc. In addition to developing for their own account, the company often partners with non-profits to provide technical expertise for development, construction and property management services.
