Mark D. Tims, Q.C. has been providing legal services to the Westlock region since1983, when he established his law office on 107th Street. Having practised in Calgary and Whitecourt, Mark quickly developed a reputation for high quality legal thinking and pragmatic problem-solving in all areas of the law. Mike MacIntyre joined the firm in 1987, having articled under Mark during the preceding year. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Tims & Company served businesses, families, individuals, and various and sundry other groups across the region, and extended its reputation for excellence across the Province. Greg Properzi joined the firm in 2009, and ProperziTims was formed in 2011. Since then, the firm has grown to a team of five lawyers and nine staff, with a reputation for efficient, friendly, and client-centred services.
