Our definition of "Ohana" is simple... for us it means family, whether id be blood related, extended or community working together towards the same goal and nobody gets left behind. Under our roof we host a variety of wellness professionals including a Naturopathic Doctor, Holistic Health Practitioners, Kinesiology, as well as Internationally Certified Yoga and Dance Instructors. We offer a variety of Yoga and Wellness Classes, for the beginner yogi to the experienced. Hatha, Ashtanga, Yoga Flow, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Fascia & Yoga Therapy to name a few. We also host a variety of Wellness Classes & Workshops, Seminars, Concerts & More!
