The Normandale Century Inn, located in the heart of Norfolk County, was built in 1875 by John Dey Post and was originally named the Normandale General Store. Since then it has been owned by various entrepreneurs and remained a general store until 1996 when the current owners, Hans and Brenda, expanded this local store to include an inn and restaurant.Normandale is a quiet and serene hamlet bordered by Lake Erie, Crown Land, a Reforestation Project and a Wildlife Refuge.It is an ideal location for bird watching, cycling, walking, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and enjoying all that the area has to offer.All four of our rooms have a private ensuite, satellite television, High speed wireless internet, and are air conditioned.Breakfast is included with all reservations and multiple room booking discounts are available.Our restaurant serves delicious country cuisine and features a large outdoor patio, a beautiful gazebo and a cozy lounge all licensed by LLBO.
