Melanie Reist Professional

Melanie is established as someone who provides exceptional service to both employees and employers with over 25 years experience. She has an interest in the stories her clients tell and a passion for developing strategies to meet their goals. “I have found over the years,†Melanie says, “that by acting for both parties, I’ve been able to develop unique insight into the issues that are of concern to both employees and employers.†This affords her the opportunity to craft creative, efficient and effective solutions. Melanie meets with clients during times of uncertainty and confusion; her role in these often challenging circumstances is primarily one of support, partnering with clients in order to find the way ahead. Melanie is also an experienced and effective advocate in court, and has appeared before a variety of administrative bodies including the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and Labour Board.
