Mary Brown's is a quick service restaurant specializing in fried chicken. The first Mary Brown's opened in Newfoundland in 1969, and today there are more than 95 locations across Canada. Our Fredericton location opened in November, 2012, and Frederictonians have embraced us for our consistently delicious food and superior service. Mary Brown's is renowned for the quality and freshness of our products. We hand cut our chickens in the shore, and marinate them before cooking. Our taters are also hand cut in the store from fresh potatoes. We take pride in the food we swerve to our customers, and appreciate their continued patronage.
