She completed her residency program in Family Medicine at Dalhousie University in 2003, and is an active member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada, Ontario Medical Association and The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. She holds a certification in Age Management Medicine from the Cenegenics Institute in Las Vegas since 2007. She is certified in the use of cosmetic injectables (Botox® and filler treatments) with an active cosmetic practice since 2007, She has also completed training as an injector of Botox® for the treatment of chronic migraine in adults and has been treating patients since then with good results.
