General Information
We have two small children, a large puppy and cat. Needless to say, my carpets were a mess and the grouts in my kitchen.This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity in what they do. They ruined my mattress with injecting too much water or steam and when I complained, they did not offer to fix it or even apologize. I even asked them to take me off their call list again today, retold the whole story, and they still did not apologize. There customer serive is horrible and they do not know what they are doing when it comes to different fabrics.
