The seasonally changing, Pacific Northwest Cuisine present local and regional ingredients prepared with classic techniques borrowed from around the world. Owners David Hannay and Patrick Mercer, partners since opening the restaurant in 1999, are an excellent team. Both come from strong food and beverage backgrounds, both with an attention to detail & service and strong wine knowledge. David oversees an award winning wine list and deals with guests wishing to book private parties and special events.
