Bistro 101 Professional

Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is an accredited private culinary centre located at the entrance to Granville Island. Small classes, hand-on training and dedicated Chef Instructors give each student the personal attention they need to master the 'art' of cooking and baking. Students operate a bistro (Bistro 101) and bakeshop (Bakery 101).
