The ADHS is an affiliate of the Ontario Society for The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA). An affiliate has its own board of directors and is responsible for its own finances and policies. The ADHS adheres to all OSPCA bylaws as they pertain to an affiliated society.
