For me, Alforno's Trattoria is all about pizza. Behind the big service counter is a beautiful wood-fired pizza oven that fills the restaurant with the intoxicating aroma of freshly-baked pie. Kept at a consistent 900 degrees, Chef Jad stokes the oven with maple, cherry and apple wood and in only 2.5 minutes you have a fabulous handmade pie!
